Chairman Award

The Washington Skyline Crystal Sculpture
24% lead crystal from the Correia glass studio
Steven V. Correia, Santa Monica, California

The skyline buildings are a composite of the Capitol, Washington Monument, White House, Jefferson Memorial, Supreme Court and the Lincoln Memorial.   They sit on a smoke grey glass base, etched "NAPEX 2000 - Show Chairman Award."   The Statue of Freedom on the Capitol Dome is in gold metal.
Doug Lehmann selected this award as it best represented the themes of NAPEX 2000:
          The Bicentennial of Washington, DC
          The 50th Anniversary of NAPEX
The criteria will be determined by Doug and presented at the NAPEX Awards Banquet.
