Instructions for Exhibitors

If you plan to mount your exhibit, please note that mounting will start on Thursday, May 31st.  All exhibits must be mounted by 6 PM.  After arriving at the front entrance, please go directly to the Alexander Scott room, on the entrance level on the right hand side (the room will be marked).

NAPEX  will be imaging exhibits for the critique.  This will be done by flood-lit (not flash) digital photography.  If you do not wish to have your exhibit imaged, please inform the committee at that time. Imaging can be done at any time after 2 PM, but cannot be done after the exhibit is mounted.  After check-in procedures (but not before 2 PM), you will be escorted to the Exhibition area to mount your exhibit.  If you plan to mail in your exhibit, you must use the USPS and the exhibit must arrive before June 1.  Send your exhibit to:

Mr. John Warren
P.O. Box 70464
Washington DC 20024

Please do not use alternate methods of delivery as they cannot deliver to a Post Office Box and the hotel cannot accept packages due to corporate security policy. If you plan to dismount your exhibit, please note that this cannot be done before 4:30 PM on Sunday, and then only according to a random dismount selection process (i.e. a lottery); there will be no exceptions, please allow for this in your travel plans and do not arrange for a flight home before 6:30 PM on the Sunday evening.

If you have any questions you can contact me at the address above or exhibits@napex.org .
