NAPEX 2003 announces the judges for its June 6-8, 2003 APS World Series of Philately Exhibition (approved by the APS Committee on the Accreditation of Judges). NAPEX will hold its 30th National Stamp Exhibition at The McLean Hilton at Tyson's Corner, 7920 Jones Branch Drive, McLean, VA 22102. The Jury Chairman is James P. Mazepa, Ph.D., Sarasota, Florida. The Jury members are Thomas F. Allen, Cleveland, Ohio; R. Timothy Bartshe, Golden, Colorado; Gregory M. Frantz, Denver, Colorado; and Dr. Paul J. Phillips, Knoxville, Tennessee. Apprentice judges are Thomas Lera, Falls Church, Virginia and Thomas P. Myers, Lincoln, Nebraska.

The theme for NAPEX 2003 commemorates YOUTH with a slogan of NAPEX SALUTES YOUTH. This year NAPEX will host the conventions of the Postal History Society, U.S. Philatelic Classics Society, Rossica Society of Russian Philately, and the 2003 Youth Champion of Champions Competition (a first for NAPEX).
