NAPEX announces its Philatelic and Literature Judges for their NAPEX 2004 show (an APS World Series of Philately Exhibition). NAPEX 2004 will take place on June 4-6, 2004 at the McLean Hilton at Tyson's Corner, 7920 Jones Branch Drive, McLean, VA 22102. The two juries, approved by the APS Committee on the Accreditation of Judges, follow:
The Philatelic Jury Chairman is Charles J.G. Verge, Ottawa, Ontario. The Jury members are David L. Herendeen, Las Vegas, Nevada; Ken Lawrence, Bellefonte, Pennsylvania; Joseph D. Schwartz, Sacramento, California; and Hal Vogel, Rancocas, New Jersey. The apprentice judge is Joseph F. Frasch, Jr., Columbus, Ohio.
The Literature Jury Chairman is John M. Hotchner, Falls Church, Virginia. The Jury members are Peter D. Martin, State College, Pennsylvania; and Kenneth H. Trettin, Rockford, Iowa.

The theme for NAPEX 2004 commemorates the Bicentennial of the Lewis and Clark Expedition. This year NAPEX will host the conventions of the American Society of Polar Philatelists and Society of Israel Philatelists.
